On October 29, 2023, a significant Community Day Service was organized by YSD-Ghana at the Katharina Stinard Training Centre. The event aimed to conclude the month of October by uniting the entire church community with the goal of strengthening relationships and actively involving the youth in church services.
The service commenced with opening remarks and valuable spiritual guidance from the National leader, Rev. James Aidoo. He not only provided insights into the spiritual development of the youth but also set the tone for the day. Mr. Malick Teze, a blessed youth, shared a heartfelt testimony about his journey of joining the church, serving as an inspiration to others.
The event continued with various youth performances and reflections on HDK passages, promoting a sense of belonging and unity among the youth community members. These activities allowed the youth to connect and share their experiences, further fostering love and harmony.
In the second part of the program, the younger generation, along with parents, engaged in various games like “Tag of Peace,” “Musical Chairs,” “Lime on Spoon,” and “Bottle Flipping Challenges.” These fun and engaging activities not only brought joy and laughter but also encouraged participants to work together and bond. The day was further marked by the sharing of food, symbolizing the importance of communal sharing and unity.

The Youth Service on October 29, 2023, held at the Katharina Stinard Training Centre, achieved its purpose of bringing the entire church community together to nurture love, unity, and harmony. It allowed youth to actively participate in church activities, hear inspiring testimonies, and engage in entertaining games, thereby strengthening the bonds of family and community.
