On Sunday, February 23, 2025, the Heavenly Green Movement demonstrated the powerful connection between spiritual practice and environmental responsibility. Following their participation in the Korean vigil, 17 dedicated members of SCPC Lomé gathered at the Centre de Kégué for a meaningful cleanup initiative.

This hands-on service project achieved two vital objectives:

  1. Environmental Renewal: Volunteers restored cleanliness to the area surrounding the national center, putting principles of stewardship into action
  2. Community Witnessing: The visible effort created natural opportunities to share their mission with observers and passersby

The activity exemplified how:
✓ Spiritual commitments can extend into tangible service
✓ Collective action creates both physical and social impact
✓ Environmental care opens doors for meaningful dialogue

“Today we didn’t just clean streets – we planted seeds of change in every swept corner and every curious onlooker’s heart.”

Key Details:

  • Location: Centre de Kégué
  • Volunteer Count: 17 mobilized members
  • Dual Impact: Ecological + Social witnessing
