In celebration of International Women’s Day on March 10, 2025, a special awareness-raising conference was held in the village of Djéméni, located in the Prefecture of Notsè. The event was part of the ongoing Maternal Heart Campaign, coordinated by the Maternal Heart Network chapter in Togo.
The conference, led by Mme Boukpessi Massalo Epse Yakouto, focused on empowering women and raising awareness about their pivotal role in the family and society. A total of 42 women, along with the Chef Canton, participated in the event, engaging in discussions and reflecting on the importance of maternal care, leadership, and personal development.
This event contributed to the continuous effort to support women’s growth and their vital contributions to the community, in honor of International Women’s Day.
