On Saturday, March 28, 2025, the International Mission for Sustainable Development (MIDD) held a pivotal conference in the commune of Azovè, located in the Couffo department. This gathering served as a powerful platform to bring together women from various communities under a common vision of sustainable progress and societal peace.
The Federation of Families for Peace and Mission (FFPM) was honored to be invited to this event and actively participated in the discourse. FFPM delivered a keynote address on a deeply relevant and timely theme:
“The Role of Women in Strengthening the Family and Especially in the Education of Children – The Foundation of a Peaceful Society.”

During the session, speakers from FFPM emphasized the critical influence women hold in shaping family values, nurturing future generations, and fostering harmony within communities. The message was clear: true societal peace begins at home, and women are often the first educators and moral guides within that space.
The conference sparked meaningful dialogue, empowering participants to reflect on their roles not only as caregivers but also as nation-builders. FFPM’s presence added a unique perspective, aligning with the broader mission of sustainable development and intergenerational peace.
As the world seeks more inclusive and resilient societies, platforms like these affirm the vital contribution of women and the need for their voices to be heard and elevated in all spheres of life.
