On Friday, May 16, 2025, members of the community gathered at the FFPMU Benin headquarters for a purposeful and uplifting cleaning activity. A total of 18 participants came together not just with brooms and buckets, but with the heart of service and dedication to creating a cleaner, more heavenly environment.
This initiative wasn’t merely about tidying up a space—it was an expression of public-mindedness, personal responsibility, and a lifestyle of attendance. In the Unificationist tradition, taking care of our physical environment is deeply linked to our spiritual state. As True Parents often emphasized, a clean environment reflects a pure heart and a respectful attitude toward all of creation.
From sweeping compound areas to organizing shared spaces, every participant contributed their energy to ensure that the headquarters became a more welcoming and harmonious place. Laughter and teamwork filled the air as members of all ages joined hands to support the cause.
More than just a task, the cleaning activity served as a reminder of the beauty of collective effort. When we come together in service, we uplift not only our surroundings but also each other. This event also encouraged a spirit of ownership and gratitude for the sacred spaces where our community gathers to pray, reflect, and grow together.
