On Saturday, May 17, 2025, a significant spiritual event unfolded, demonstrating the profound unity and dedication within our regional community. Members from across the nation came together to participate in the Regional Cheon Shim Won Vigil, a powerful session for spiritual renewal and purification, which was graciously hosted by our brothers and sisters in Benin. Despite the geographical distance, this vital vigil transcended borders, connecting hearts and minds through the power of collective prayer.

A remarkable 27 Nigerian members actively joined this continental gathering, connecting from their various locations nationwide via a virtual platform. This impressive participation underscored their deep commitment to nurturing their spiritual lives and engaging in the collective effort to purify their spirits and draw closer to Heavenly Parent and True Parents. The Cheon Shim Won Vigil serves as a sacred opportunity for introspection, sincere supplication, and the cleansing of inner burdens, fostering a renewed sense of clarity and purpose for each participant.
The atmosphere of this regional vigil, though experienced remotely by many, was undoubtedly one of earnest devotion and profound communion. Each prayer offered, whether from a personal home in Nigeria or from the central venue in Benin, contributed to a powerful spiritual current that flowed across the region. This event beautifully showcased how technology can amplify our ability to gather in spirit, reinforcing the unbreakable bonds that tie our continental family together in faith and shared endeavor. It was a testament to our collective strength and the unwavering resolve of our members to support one another in their spiritual journeys, no matter where they are located.
