Honored Family: Mr. Mensah & Mrs. Grace Akesse
In a world where distractions are endless and the sacred is often forgotten, there are still moments that bring us back to what truly matters. On Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, the community at Katharina Stinard Training Centre stood in quiet awe as a second-generation child was dedicated to our Heavenly Parent and True Parents in a deeply moving 8-Day Dedication Ceremony.
The baby girl—wrapped in purity, innocence, and providential hope—was presented by her proud parents, Mr. Mensah and Grace Akesse, under the watchful care and blessing of the National Leader. Her name, rich with destiny, is Chin Sun (Sheen Son) in Korean, and her full name in English is Naa Adjeley Mensah.

More Than a Name — A Calling
In Korean, Chin Sun carries the spirit of truth, goodness, and divine purpose. It’s not just a cute baby name. It’s a declaration. A promise. A calling. This child isn’t just entering a family—she’s being welcomed into a heavenly lineage that has endured generations of sacrifice and love.
In that moment of dedication, surrounded by spiritual parents and community elders, it wasn’t just a ritual—it was the launching of a soul into God’s loving arms, with a global spiritual family watching in joy.
A Ceremony Rooted in Tradition and Vision
The 8-Day Dedication Ceremony is no small thing. In the Unification tradition, it symbolizes the child’s official entrance into Heaven’s lineage. It’s a day where the eternal bond between God, the True Parents, and the family is sealed through prayer, affirmation, and holy commitment.
The National Leader led the gathering in prayer, asking Heaven to protect and guide the newborn, and to empower her parents to raise her with wisdom, faith, and unwavering love.
It was a moment where time stood still—a brief pause in life’s chaos—to witness something truly divine: new life born into the lineage of God.
What This Means for the Movement
Every dedication is a reminder: the future of the Unification movement isn’t just in rallies, events, or strategies—it’s in the lives we raise.
In little Naa Adjeley Chin Sun, we see a new vessel of God’s love. She is a second-generation seed—already chosen, already cherished, already commissioned to carry the heart of Heaven into the world.
Let’s Celebrate, Let’s Pray, Let’s Protect
We celebrate this precious soul and her parents. But more than that, we recommit ourselves as a community to supporting, guiding, and covering all second-generation children. Because every child born into this lineage is a living hope—and they deserve every blessing we can offer.
To Naa Adjeley Chin Sun Mensah—may your journey be radiant, your steps be guided, and your heart never forget how loved you are.
