From June 9 to June 12, 2025, members across Nigeria gathered virtually for the Continental Cheon Shim Won Vigil, connecting via Zoom to participate in one of the most spiritually uplifting traditions of our movement. A total of 136 dedicated members joined their hearts and prayers in this sacred vigil, creating a wave of spiritual resonance that transcended geography.
The vigil served as a space for deep reflection, repentance, renewal, and connection with the Heavenly Parent, True Parents, and the spiritual world. Members offered heartfelt prayers for the healing of our families, communities, and nations, and aligned themselves with the greater providence of Heaven.
These Continental vigils are more than just events — they are divine lifelines that keep our spiritual rhythm in sync with the global Unificationist family. Every night of prayer became a reaffirmation of our mission to build Cheon Il Guk, and a chance to reconnect with the original purpose for which we were called.
Despite being held virtually, the energy and unity felt by participants was undeniably strong. Testimonies poured in from members who felt renewed strength in their spiritual life and a deeper sense of belonging to the wider heavenly community. It was clear: the spirit of Cheon Shim Won is alive and well in Nigeria.
As we move forward, these experiences remain essential in fortifying our collective spirit and pushing us closer to the dream of “One Family Under God.”
