On Friday, June 8, 2025, the spirit of community service and environmental stewardship came alive once again as members of FFWPU in Lomé gathered for another impactful round of the Heavenly Green Movement Campaign.
A total of 31 participants assembled at the Centre de Kégué to conduct a thorough cleaning of the HPHC Lomé Centre. The atmosphere was filled with both physical activity and spiritual intent — from sweeping walkways to washing windows, every effort was offered with sincere hearts and a shared goal: to create a clean, welcoming, and spiritually uplifting space for worship and community engagement.
This campaign wasn’t just about cleaning buildings — it was about cultivating a mindset of ownership and responsibility, rooted in the FFWPU tradition of living for the sake of others. By physically restoring the HPHC centre, members also symbolically renewed their own personal dedication to purity, service, and the mission of Heaven.
“When we clean the house of God, we also clean our own hearts,” shared one youth participant. “This is more than just maintenance; it’s ministry.”
These activities reflect the broader mission of the Heavenly Parent’s Holy Community: to be guardians of the Earth, caretakers of each other, and lights in our communities.
