On Sunday, June 8, 2025, members of FFWPU Nigeria united in spirit and purpose as they gathered across various centres for a National Combined Sunday Service. With a strong attendance of 137 participants, both online and on-site, the service stood as a vibrant expression of nationwide unity and spiritual focus.
The morning opened with a heartfelt Hoondokhae reading, grounding participants in the eternal truths of the Divine Principle and the heart of Heavenly Parent and True Parents. This was followed by an inspiring musical performance, lifting the atmosphere and reminding everyone of the joy found in worship and community.
A key feature of the day was the presentation of the National Report for May 2025, providing a comprehensive summary of the nation’s progress, witnessing activities, and upcoming goals. The report served as a checkpoint to encourage accountability, reflection, and determination as Nigeria moves deeper into the year’s providential mission.
One of the most important moments came when the National Secretary General – Mrs. Margaret Kikunda took the stage. She addressed the urgent need for accurate and consistent data entry on the AppSheet platform, emphasizing how essential digital record-keeping is to tracking national growth, blessing candidates, and mission activities. Her message was a wake-up call to all leaders and members to strengthen the administrative backbone of the movement and ensure no one is left behind in the records of Heaven and history.
